All medical assessments, procedures, and treatment are carried out by our independent medical partner clinics, under their own professional responsibility and subject to their own terms and clinical protocols. Any agreement for medical treatment or donation is entered into directly between you and the relevant clinic, and is governed by that clinic's own terms, not by these Terms & Conditions.

Completing our questionnaire or enquiry form does not guarantee acceptance into the donor programme or eligibility for treatment; suitability is determined by the relevant medical partner clinic following their own assessment.
